End June we returned after a few camping trips to get warranty work done on our coach. AGAIN Appleway's staff was outstanding and our salesman Tom was there to greet us. Along with Amanda, Ryan, and the service team they completed the warranty work all in one day. They deserve the 5 star rating in our book. April -Last weekend we drove over from the Puget Sound to see, test, drive, and pick up our Mirada. Tom our salesman was very informative and professional during our two week purchasing process. Ryan and his service team were outstanding and went beyond their work schedule. The service team stayed late to correct a few bugs, which included correcting our towing configuration. During the walk through we found a couple of other issues that will need to be addressed when we bring it back after our first shakedown trip. They would have been willing to fix everything the next business day but since we were heading back home we were unable to stay. They offered to have us take the coach into a dealer on the west side but we were so impressed with their work we choose to return in a few weeks to have them take care of everything. Are salesman was very informative and stuck with us they the end. The finance department was top notch and offered an excellent extended warranty package although price was a little steep I believe buying an older class c we may have to use it and will end up paying for itself. - Steven from Chehalis, WA
